What makes our chalets in Styria so special?

Our chalet village offers plenty of privacy, cosy cabin charm, and space for two to eight people. Each chalet is fully equipped and offers comfortable accommodation surrounded by the natural beauty of Styria.

Are there restaurants or shopping facilities nearby?

• Our restaurant Alpen'Stubn, is located right in the chalet village and serves regional delicacies.
• In addition, you'll find supermarkets, cafés, and regional restaurants in the center of Altaussee (about 3.5 km away).

Where can I park?

The chalet village is completely car-free. Free parking spaces, including electric car charging stations, are available at the entrance.

Can I bring my dog?

Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you on your holiday. For an additional charge of €25, and with prior notification, your dog can stay with us.

What leisure activities are available around the Hagan Lodge Altaussee?

The region around our chalets in Styria offers a wide range of experiences all year round.

In summer, you can enjoy hiking trails, mountain bike routes and Lake Altaussee, where you can swim or go boating. You can also take excursions to the Altaussee Salt Mines. In winter, the Loser family ski area right on your doorstep is perfect for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing.

Can I travel by train?

You can take the train to Bad Aussee and then get a taxi from there. Between 8 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., we can also pick you up from the station by request.

How far is Lake Altaussee?

This popular lake is just under 4 km from our chalet village. It's a lovely walk of just over an hour, or you can get there in a few minutes by car.
