Are there parking spaces?

Yes, parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. Please note that the number of parking spaces is limited and no fixed parking space can be guaranteed per apartment. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If there are no parking spaces available directly at the hotel when you arrive, you can use the public car parks in Alpendorf. Please also note that larger vehicles (e.g., VW buses) do not fit in the underground car park and must be parked in the outdoor parking spaces.

We apologise for any inconvenience and will do our best to find a suitable solution for all guests.

What wellness facilities and pools does the resort offer?

The in-house wellness area features an indoor pool (4,7 × 8,5 m), a sauna, and a steam bath.

How far is it to the nearest mountain railway or ski resort?

The Gernkogelbahn and Almdorf Gondelbahn mountain railways are just a few minutes' walk away. The ski bus stops right next to the apartment. (Please note the timetable!)

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you on holiday, subject to prior registration.

We charge €19 per day (excluding food). Dogs are not permitted in the bistro or wellness area.

Can breakfast be booked in the apartment?

• Breakfast buffet: You are welcome to book the breakfast buffet for your stay. You can book this for your entire stay when you make your reservation.
  • Adults EUR 21 and children EUR 9.50
  • Prices are reduced if booked in advance. Adults: EUR 19 and children EUR 9.50
• AlpenParks bread roll service: Choose from a selection of fresh bread rolls, which you can conveniently pre-order and collect from the bistro in the morning.

Are there cribs or high chairs?

Upon request, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair for a one-time fee of €15.
