Technical & Project Lead: Building Tech with Autistic Talent at Diversight

25. 8. 2025

Ir

At Diversight, we believe neurodiversity is a competitive advantage. We connect the unique talents of people on the autistic spectrum with technological challenges — and deliver results with a level of precision clients won’t find elsewhere. Our services in data analysis, QA, and AI data preparation help businesses grow, while giving our people meaningful work where they can fully use their skills.

We are at the very beginning of our journey. I’m Irena, the founder, and I’m looking for my first key colleague: someone who will translate business visions and client needs into clear technical specifications, work closely every day with our autistic specialists, and eventually lead this growing team.

What will be your core role?
TL;DR: You are the bridge between business, technology, and our autistic talent.

Your main task will be to take a client’s business problem and turn it into a structured technical plan. You’ll gather requirements, manage the backlog, prioritise tasks, and design the roadmap. From there, you’ll break the plan down into clear, executable tasks and guide our autistic specialists in delivering them.

This is not just a management role. You will take projects from kick-off to delivery, staying hands-on and solving technical challenges yourself.

You will also be my partner in shaping our growth — from deciding which services make sense, to how we price and sell them.

What we expect from you

  • Strong Technical Background: Hands-on experience with data analysis, preparation, and software testing. Ideally, also familiarity with machine learning and AI architectures.

  • Project Management Experience: You know how to collect requirements, manage a backlog, prioritise effectively, and build a roadmap that creates value for the client.

  • The Ability to Translate: You can understand a client’s business needs and turn them into technical requirements that a data analyst or tester can act on.

  • Talent for Mentorship: You like explaining things, onboarding colleagues, and sharing your know-how. You help others grow — and you enjoy working with people on the spectrum.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will be the main point of contact for customers and ensure clarity within the team.

  • Business Mindset: You understand a company must be profitable and enjoy thinking about how your work contributes to that.

  • Commitment to Our Mission: You see the benefits of hiring individuals on the spectrum and want to help create an inclusive, psychologically safe workplace.

What we can offer you

  • A Defining Role: You’ll be employee #2, shaping the company’s direction, technology, and culture.

  • Work with Profound Meaning: Your work will directly impact both our clients’ success and our colleagues’ lives.

  • True Partnership: You won’t just be an employee — you’ll be a partner.

  • Fair Compensation: We’re an early-stage startup. We believe your success is our success, and we want to grow together.

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours, 6 weeks of vacation, and an office designed with neurodivergent talent in mind.
