Receptionist

We are Resort Říčky in the Eagle Mountains. Our guests begin their stay at the reception desk — and that is exactly where we are looking for a friendly person to welcome them with a smile. Would you like to work in a lovely setting, in a young team and with free wellness? Then we are looking for you — and whatever you don’t know yet, we will teach you.

Responsibilities:
• Welcoming guests, checking them in on arrival and out on departure
• Taking and recording reservations, communicating with guests by phone and e-mail
• Giving guests information about the hotel, the wellness area, the restaurant and the surroundings
• Settling the bill for the stay and taking payments
• Passing guest requests on to colleagues in the restaurant, the wellness area and housekeeping

Requirements:
• A pleasant and professional manner
• Good communication skills and not afraid to ask
• Conversational English
• Basic computer skills
• Reliability and a team spirit
• Hotel experience is not required
