Twój zakres obowiązków

• Udział w spotkaniach z klientami (analiza potrzeb, warsztaty, discovery)
• Zbieranie i doprecyzowanie wymagań biznesowych i technicznych
• Współpraca z zespołami technologicznymi przy przygotowaniu koncepcji rozwiązania
• Współtworzenie ofert, estymacji i harmonogramów
• Uzupełnianie dokumentacji ofertowej, zakresów prac, SOW, backlogów, tabel estymacyjnych
• Wsparcie działu sprzedaży w procesie pozyskiwania nowych projektów
• Prowadzenie projektów IT (web, systemy backendowe, integracje, cloud)
• Odpowiedzialność za zakres, harmonogram, budżet i jakość projektu
• Koordynacja pracy zespołów: frontend, backend, QA, DevOps
• Zarządzanie komunikacją z klientem
• Zarządzanie zmianą (change requests), zakresem i ryzykiem
• Nadzór nad architekturą rozwiązania wspólnie z zespołem technicznym
• Prowadzenie dokumentacji projektowej i raportowanie statusu
• Udział w odbiorach projektu i wdrożeniach
• Organizacja wsparcia powdrożeniowego / SLA
• Dbanie o długoterminową relację z klientem i rozwój projektu

Nasze wymagania

• Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów IT
• Techniczne zrozumienie (software development, integracje, API, cloud)
• Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (praca z klientem zagranicznym)
• Umiejętność rozmowy z klientem o wymaganiach i przełożenia ich na język techniczny
• Umiejętność przygotowania estymacji, harmonogramu i zakresu prac
• Samodzielność i odpowiedzialność za projekt end-to-end
• Gotowość do okazjonalnych wyjazdów służbowych (Europa)

Mile widziane

• Mile widziane
• Doświadczenie jako developer / tech lead / solution architect
• Znajomość AWS / Azure / GCP
• Doświadczenie w projektach integracyjnych i systemach enterprise
• Certyfikaty: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum
• Doświadczenie w presales / przygotowaniu ofert
• Znajomość języka francuskiego
