EAM Tester / SDLC Specialist

Role Description

This role is critical for ensuring the EAM system and its integrations are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose in a regulated environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Collaborate on planning, design, and execution of all testing phases for the EAM system and its integrations (SAP, MEDS, ePAS, etc.).
Develop and maintain the Test Plans, and Test Summary Reports.
Participate in creation and execution of test scripts (manual and automated)
Ensure all testing activities and documentation adhere to the company's System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, GxP, and SOX compliance requirements.
Act as the point of contact for testing-related activities, collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in a Tester/SDLC Specialist or similar role, with experience in validating large-scale, regulated (GxP) systems.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) principles and systems. Experience with Octave EAM is a major plus.
- Demonstrable experience with software testing in an integrated environment involving enterprise systems
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, eVAL).
SDLC & Compliance: Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and computerized systems validation (CSV).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
