A successful international retail fashion company is looking for an experienced Business Controller who will become a key support in managing and developing the business.

Koho hledáme

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Controller or similar role

English at a level suitable for daily communication and reporting

Advanced Excel skills (an Excel test will be part of the recruitment process)

Strong analytical and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset

Coordinating and supporting both strategic and operational planning
Managing and evaluating ongoing profitability forecasting
Designing and monitoring KPIs, preparing analyses for company management
Evaluating the impact of new business opportunities and projects (upside potential)
Assessing risks (downside) and implementing control mechanisms in a timely manner
Analyzing monthly results and identifying deviations from plans
Ensuring effective use of reports and reporting tools
Developing new reports and tools for business management

Salary depending on experience: CZK 80,000–95,000
