We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technical Supervisor (TDI) for our client, who will become a key member of the team and whose expertise the company will rely on across various projects.

Koho hledáme

• University degree in Electrical Engineering and professional knowledge of building construction (certification/authorization is an advantage)
• Experience in building construction projects – commercial developments, office and hotel fit-outs, reconstruction of historical buildings, industrial projects, logistics and retail centers
• Driving license category B
• Communicative level of English
• Systematic and detail-oriented approach with a focus on results
• Team spirit and strong communication and analytical skills

Popis pozice

Review and assessment of project documentation (DÚR, DSP, DPS) including preparation of comments and feedback

Participation in site inspections and multidisciplinary coordination meetings

Supervision of electrical works on construction sites and quality control

Performing physical inspections of work quantities and technical execution

Monitoring compliance with technological procedures and participation in required tests, inspections, and comprehensive commissioning reviews

Cooperation in resolving defects and outstanding issues during handover and approval processes

Assessment of as-built documentation and documents required for occupancy approval procedures (inspections, protocols, certificates of conformity)

Technical evaluation of contractors’ bids and review of change orders and material samples
