For a prestigious luxury brand located on Pařížská Street in Prague, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Client Advisor / Sales Assistant who will contribute to building long-term relationships with demanding clientele and delivering exceptional customer service.

Koho hledáme

Proven experience in a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor role (ideally from an environment where customer service is essential)

Strong customer-oriented mindset and experience in a client-focused environment

Polished appearance and professional demeanor

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Native-level Czech language skills

English at a minimum B2 level (interview conducted in English, daily use required)

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Interest in long-term cooperation and working for a prestigious brand

Building and developing long-term customer relationships, including acquisition of new clients
Presenting products and providing high-level customer consultation
