We are looking for a Store Operations Specialist with experience in store management who also enjoys working with data, analytics, and process optimization. This position is suitable for candidates with senior-level retail experience, ideally from the optical industry, or for optometrists and optical specialists who would like to develop their careers towards business and operational strategy.

We are looking for someone who wants to have a real impact on business results, support the efficient operation of stores, and at the same time analyze KPIs and propose improvements.

Koho hledáme

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Store Manager / Senior Store Manager role or a similar position
• Experience in the optical industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
• English at B2 level or higher
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and KPIs
• Independence, responsibility, and results-oriented approach

Popis pozice

• Coordination of sales-related topics and projects across different teams
• Support with the implementation of new systems, tools, and sales initiatives
• Identification of opportunities to improve sales processes and optimize operations
• Support for the efficient functioning of eye examinations and tele-optometry services
• Management of communication with stores, including competitions and incentive programs
• KPI analysis, preparation of reports, and recommendations for management
• Support of administrative agenda for stores and management
