Koho hledáme

University degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Very good understanding of technical solutions for residential and commercial buildings

Knowledge of technical aspects of construction, reconstruction, and development projects (an advantage)

Good knowledge of technical standards, permitting processes, and construction legislation

Practical experience in construction execution or on-site project environments (an advantage)

At least 5 years of experience in a role such as Designer, Lead Project Engineer (HIP), Technical Supervision / Construction Supervision

Professional authorization/certification in the field (an advantage)

Fluent Czech language skills and advanced English proficiency

Independence, systematic approach, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team

Popis pozice

Conducting technical audits and technical due diligence of properties for investors during acquisition, sales, and reconstruction processes

Expert assessment of the technical condition of buildings and land, including analysis of project and technical documentation

Identifying technical risks, proposing solutions, and evaluating their impact on investment plans

Coordinating internal technical specialists and cooperating with other teams involved in transaction projects

Preparing clear technical reports and presenting conclusions to clients

Bank and construction monitoring throughout project implementation

Collaboration on projects within the Czech Republic and abroad
