Role Description

Responsibilities

• Define and establish the overall test strategy, test governance framework, and integrated test approach

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple entities, countries, delivery teams, and external vendors

• Manage end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, regression, and operational readiness testing

• Align testing plans, environments, resources, dependencies, and milestones across all stakeholders

• Drive defect management, triage processes, escalation paths, and quality reporting

• Ensure requirements-to-test traceability and audit-ready test documentation

• Coordinate testing activities involving external payment platforms and regulatory stakeholders

• Prepare readiness assessments, phase-exit recommendations, and go-live support

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to resolve cross-functional and cross-organizational dependencies

• Deliver management reporting and present testing status, risks, and recommendations to senior governance bodies

Requirements

• Extensive experience as Test Manager, Test Lead, QA Lead, or similar role within banking, payments, or financial services

• Strong hands-on experience with system integration testing, end-to-end testing, UAT, and defect management

• Proven track record coordinating complex test streams across multiple teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Experience working within highly regulated environments

• Familiarity with APIs, interfaces, event-driven architectures, and large-scale system integrations

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar

• Experience within payment processing, digital payments, transaction processing, or financial infrastructures is highly desirable

• Experience with central bank initiatives, digital currency programs, or comparable payment ecosystem projects is considered a strong advantage

• Fluent English is mandatory
